Experience a cooking masterclass in Grant’s Kitchen. Join us as our guest foodie and recipe creator, Chris Stephan, shows us how to take your next seafood feast to the next level using delicious Beerenberg products.
Enjoy a glass of local prosecco and a house-made appetiser as you sit back and relax as Chris and her right-hand cook Jo both guide us through three-courses of incredible dishes and matching wines. You’ll learn some tricks, be able to participate at times and ask lots of questions.
This will be an intimate class of only 20 people. Everyone will leave with a full tummy, armed with everything you need for your next Sunday feast (or any day of the week for that matter).

- Garfish and smoked salmon rolls
- Chilli miso glazed red gurnard with pickled
- Potato salad and cucumber rolls
