We invite you to spend a few hours at Beerenberg Farm. Our team will walk one of our patches with you sharing some of the secrets to growing the perfect strawberry, after your talk you’ll be free to spend some time in the patch, connecting with nature and picking your own strawberries – an experience we’ve been offering people since 1975.
n a small group, you’ll be taken on a guided tour of one of the patches that make up this famous farm, learning some of the secrets to growing the perfect strawberry. Then spend some time in the patch, connecting with nature and picking your own strawberries before heading to Grant’s Kitchen.
David Bennet, Beerenberg’s Executive Chef, will demonstrate some delicious recipes using fresh strawberries and share his tips and tricks along the way. You’ll then be treated to a light lunch, with recipes to take home!
This experience includes:
- Guided tour of strawberry patch and talk by host
- Strawberry picking access, including a small punnet of strawberries to take home
- Cooking demonstration and light lunch offering in Grant’s Kitchen featuring a healthy salad and quick healthy dessert.
- Take home recipes.
