Enjoy a glass of local prosecco and a house-made appetiser as you sit back and relax as Chris and her right-hand cook Jo both guide us through three-courses of winter warmer dishes and matching wines. You’ll learn some tricks, be able to participate at times and ask lots of questions.
This will be an intimate class of only 20 people. Everyone will leave with a full tummy, armed with everything you need for your next Sunday roast (or any day of the week for that matter).

Chris Stephan brings years of kitchen experience, having worked professionally as a chef, caterer and manager within the food and hospitality arena. She is also a prolific recipe creator and food stylist, including the 100 recipes in Beerenberg's Long Weekend Recipe Book.
